WheelsOnsite USA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management for our team of mobile technicians in Arizona. The Area Manager will also be responsible for outside sales to existing and new accounts in the area.

Area Manager Responsibilities:
● Oversee technicians to ensure efficiency
● Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
● Monitor performance goals and objectives for the team, and provide feedback
● Provide leadership and support to team members
● Communicate with upper management to report on team performance and provide recommendations
● Assist with the hiring of new technicians
● Assist with the onboarding of new technicians
● Assist with planning, implementing, and monitoring the regional operational strategy
● Develop effective strategies to enhance growth
● Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Area Manager Qualifications:
● Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Skilled in providing “best in class” customer service
● Team Player
● Experience with SalesForce
